Trust is the second episode in the first season of the US Series.

Wilfred comes into Ryan's yard. After a conversation about loyalty, Wilfred convinces Ryan to take him to the beach, which displays a "No Dogs Allowed" sign, and challenges him to prove his loyalty by allowing him to roam the beach. After Ryan lets him, the two bond more, and spend the day hanging out. When Ryan drops Wilfred off, Jenna asks Ryan to trick Wilfred into going to the dentist to get his teeth cleaned. Ryan, torn between Wilfred's trust and his attraction to Jenna, reluctantly accepts, and tricks Wilfred by telling him they are going to the movies. While going under anesthesia, Wilfred states that Jenna "has a dick". Ryan tries to figure out if she does when she comes over for dinner later that night, ultimately unnerving Jenna, who leaves early. Wilfred then convinces Ryan to go tell Jenna that he has feelings for her. Ryan goes to Jenna, gives her flowers, and is about to do so, but her boyfriend, Drew, comes out and introduces himself, crushing Ryan. Wilfred then explains he meant to say Jenna has a "dick for a boyfriend", and suggests the lie was payback for betraying him with the trip to the vet.
