Description[]
Anne is Ryan's tenant during the third season. She is a very messy and unorganized person, much unlike Ryan, and is only picked as a tenant due to Wilfred's gross fix and she paid three months of rent up front. She has her own business online which is eating food on webcam for strangers.

Anne often discusses her boyfriend, who is in jail for headbutting his aunt. After he is put in prison, she is living with her grandparents. After her grandmother, and best friend, dies she is kicked out by her grandfather.
